Deliveries and returns
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The products of this webshop can be delivered to any country within the EU (excluding Finland; in Finland please visit our local retailers found here) and in Norway. Our orders are shipped with DHL Express and arrive in 1-3 business days. The shipping is free of charge. Tracking is included.
Please note with orders shipped to Norway: The payment does not include VAT.
The customer is responsible for paying possible import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes in Norway. Please see more at Norwegian customs website.
RETURNS
We hope you enjoy your Leijona purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of purchase. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product but a return fee covering the insured return shipping applies. The return fee will be deducted from the refund and you will be informed of the return fee amount withing getting in contact with our customer service. If you wish to return your purchase, please read the following carefully:
To return items, you must contact us at customerservice@leijonawatches.com within 14 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within 14 days after receiving your order, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags and labels intact. Please do not remove protective wraps or other information from the product. Customer´s name, address and telephone number must be attached. We only provide a refund or exchange the product, if the product is unused and in its original condition. If you wish to return your purchase, email us at customerservice@leijonawatches.com.
If the customer neglects or refuses to receive the ordered item and therefore the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the return postage fee from the refund.
EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Want to change the product?
Products cannot be exchanged directly in our online store: please order a new product and return the original. Send us an email within 14 days from the date you received your order to customerservice@leijonawatches.com and we will refund the full cost of the product after we have received your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
